PRIVACY POLICY
We at Education-IndustryONE value the privacy of our users, members, and others (collectively or individually “Users”) who visit and use www.Education-IndustryONE.org and its associated websites and services (collectively, the “Site”). This statement governs the information Users provide to us or that we learn from User’s use of the Education-IndustryONE Site and tells User how we may collect, use, and. in some instances, share this information.
The Information Education-IndustryONE Collects

The Web Site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different from ours. Users should consult the other sites’ privacy notices as Education-IndustryONE has no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
The Education-IndustryONE sites covered by this Privacy Notice sometimes may offer content which is co-branded with third parties (the “Co-Branded Content”). By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to use the Co-Branded Content. When Education-IndustryONE Discloses Information

User Profile and Password
Users have access to user’s personal information and User may update, correct, or delete User member information and email preferences at any time.
To protect user’s privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify User identity before granting Users profile access. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF USER’S UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY INFORMATION THAT USER POSTS FOR VIEWING ON THE Education-IndustryONE SITE IS MADE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS OF THE Education-IndustryONE SITE.
Children
Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information to Education-IndustryONE through the Education-IndustryONE Site represents that they are 13 years of age or older.
Our Commitment to Data Security
No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information Users transmit to us and Users do so at user’s own risk. Once we receive User’s transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. If Education-IndustryONE learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify User electronically so that User can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Education-IndustryONE Site or providing personal information to us, User agrees that we can communicate with User electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to User’s use of the Education-IndustryONE Site. Education-IndustryONE may post a notice on the Education-IndustryONE Site if a security breach occurs. If this happens, User will need a web browser enabling User to view Education-IndustryONE’s Service. Education-IndustryONE may also send an email to User at the email address User have provided to us in these circumstances. In the Event of Merger or Sale
If Education-IndustryONE should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, information Education-IndustryONE receives from User through the Education-IndustryONE Site is an Education-IndustryONE asset and may be transferred.

Education-IndustryONE may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the “Last Updated” section below.
